The Studio Solinas risk management team works on solutions that are built on a highly advanced device identification and reputation management platform to prevent online fraud, abusive behavior, and unauthorized access to online services. The system in place flags suspicious and hard-to-spot associations between computers and online accounts that have a history of fraudulent and abusive behavior.

This will be handled by our team of risk management investigators who handle financial fraud such as credit card misuse and chargeback, abuse of stolen financials, money laundering, account hackings etc and gaming fraud such as collusion and BOTS. We detect and prevent financial and gaming fraud by game review, financial history, gaming patterns and subsequently grade players on their risk profile. Our job is to also to document the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) for identifying Fraud Pattern, Fraud Management, Reason Codes and Time Frames for verification and postponing cash outs and the Escalation Matrix. At times, the objective of this team is also to recover the returned transactions and chargeback's of an account and at the same time give instructions to CS to retain the customer or not.
